Lekin asli test start hota hai jab cravings samne aati hain. Pehle din green tea pi jati hai, boiled eggs khaye jate hain, salad ko smile ke sath khaya jata hai — aur andar se ek awaaz aati hai: “Bas ek biscuit kha lo, kuch nahi hoga…”
